Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The day marked the arthroscopic surgery in patients with general anesthesia, ASA I-II; 2.Aged 18 to 64 years old; 3.BMI, 18 to 30 kg/m^2; 4.No obvious lung disease; 5.Normal communication; 6.Voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe respiratory system diseases, such as severe coronary heart disease, copd, etc; 2.Endocrine system disease: pituitary adenoma, severe diabetes, increased cortisol drafts, pheochromocytoma, etc; 3.Mental disease, such as schizophrenia, depression, chronic pain, medication history, history of alcoholism, opioid dependence; 4.15 can understand Quality of postoperative Recovery scale (15 - the item Quality of Recovery, QoR - 15); 5.History of Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, alzheimer's disease, insomnia; 6.Hemorrhagic disease history or blood coagulation function was abnormal; 7.Preoperative life cannot provide for oneself.
