14 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-50 years old, Han nationality; 2.No family history of psychosis, Hamilton Depression Scale (24 items) > 18 points, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.co-existing with other DSM-IV axis I, AXIS II mental disorders or substance abuse (except smokers) or with epilepsy or cognitive disorders; 2. Associated with serious physical diseases or organic lesions in the brain, such as serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction, malignant tumors, etc; 3.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Malnourished or obese (BMI =30); 5.Patients who had used psychotropic drugs, such as antidepressants, antimanic drugs or other drugs used to treat psychosis, in the 2 weeks prior to the study; 6.Have serious suicidal idea or suicidal behavior; 7.Failure to sign informed consent.
