Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selected from February 2022 to June 2022, ASAI-III grade, 50 elderly patients with unilateral knee replacement surgery (within 2 hours of operation time), age >= 60 years old, and gender is not limited. , Body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study involved patients with drug allergies, intellectual disabilities, preoperative cognitive impairment, long-term use of analgesics, symptoms of lower extremity nerve compression, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, and patients who refused.
