Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients: 1.Conform to the diagnosis of stroke disease and confirmed by imaging examination; 2.Age over 50 years old (considering the high-risk age group for stroke); 3.Gender is not limited; 4.The course of disease is 6-24 months; 5.With gait function that walking item score in FIM (Functional Independence Measure) of 5 points or above; walking speed is 0.5~0.8 m/s (functional level adapts to treadmill paced walking settings); 6.With good compliance, willing to complete diagnosis and treatment; 7.Willing to sign the informed consent. Normal adults: 1.Age over 50 years old; 2.Gender is not limited; 3.No musculoskeletal system, nerve system and other diseases affecting walking function, no cognitive dysfunction that can cooperate to complete the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stroke patients: 1.The primary disease of stroke fluctuates and progresses; 2.There are serious and uncontrolled important organ diseases, such as coronary heart disease, uremia and etc.; 3.Severe cognitive impairment, MMSE (Mini Mental State Exam) score less than 27 points (illiterate <= 17 points; primary school <= 20 points; middle school (including technical secondary school) <= 22; university (including junior college) <= 24 points); 4.There is a severe hearing, speech and language impairment (see medical history or hospital related Proof) that can not cooperate to complete the test order. Normal adults: 1.There is a history of central nerve system disease; 2.There is a history of trauma and surgery related to walking function; 3.There is a recent history of unstable blood pressure control, infection, inflammation and etc. that affects the walking test.
