Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines written by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the clinical diagnosis is stroke; 2.the age is 18-50 years old; 3.the acute treatment has improved and has been discharged, with clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 4.able to understand and cooperate Investigate, voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with major systemic organ failure (such as severe damage to liver, lung, and kidney functions) or malignant tumors; 2.patients with a history of mental illness or who have received relevant psychological interventions; 3.religious believers; 4.major traumatic experiences in the past six months (such as divorce, bereavement, etc.).
