Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who need to be placed in lateral position during thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Before operation, they can eat and drink by mouth; 3.Age >= 18 years old; 4.Body mass index (BMI) is normal (18.5 ~ 25kg / m^2) 5.No obvious hearing and visual impairment, able to communicate normally; 6.The patients and their families agreed to participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Periarthritis of shoulder, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis lead to joint deformation and can not be placed in functional position; 2.Abnormal upper limb movement or sensation; 3.Cognitive impairment, hearing or language expression impairment, or accompanied by oral diseases. 4.Patients with difficult airway or other serious complications who cannot tolerate one lung ventilation.
