Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital lung malformation including pulmonary airway malformation, bronchial atresia, emphysema and pulmonary isolation 2. Children aged between 4 months and 3 years (including children aged 4 months and 3 years); 3. Thoracoscopic anatomic lung resection (lobectomy, or segmental resection) is planned for all children; 4. Clamps are used to seal pulmonary blood vessels during surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious abnormalities found in preoperative examination may affect anesthesia or surgery; 2. Tumor was confirmed by postoperative pathological examination; 3. Other non-anatomic lung resection was concomitantly performed in the operation; 4. Major bleeding unrelated to clips leading to conversion.
