45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 45-75 years old, male or female gender; 2.voluntary participation in this study, signed informed consent, and guaranteed training time; 3.no systematic traditional gongfu practice in the last six months; 4.lung function at normal levels or mildly impaired lung function, with FEV1 >=70 percent of expected value according to ATS/ERS for mildly impaired lung function, but less than the lower limit of normal expected value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exercise time cannot be guaranteed, are doing or maybe about to do another regular exercise; 2.have more severe cognitive dysfunction and there are some safety risks during the intervention; 3.have a medical condition that does not allow for the exercise intervention in question; are taking or maybe about to take medications that have an effect on pulmonary function tests.
