Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Be older than 18 years old, male or female; 2.Dagagliptin is used during hospitalization (including initial use and previous long-term use); 3.Study group: For new patients, ketone body was negative before medication, but ketone body appeared after medication; In patients with previous long-term drug use, ketone bodies were tested positive during hospitalization. 4.Control group: patients who were newly taking daaglipzin or had taken daaglipzin for a long time before and after hospitalization and tested negative ketone body twice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.For new patients, ketone body was positive before medication; 2.Incomplete medical records, including baseline data such as height and weight, drug use, disease information and test information.
