50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.aged 50-75 years old; 2.pain in the back area from below the costal margin to the gluteal fold and lasting at least 12 weeks ; 3.maximum pain intensity of 3 or greater on an 11-point numerical rating scale; 4.no other pain or pain unrelated to the lower back; 5.no cognitive impairment,be able to communicate and understand the instructions well.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.specific low back pain caused by definite tissue structure or pathology, such as intervertebral disk diseases, paravertebral infection or tumor, visceral diseases, spinal diseases or injury; 2.regular exercise intervention in recent 6 months; 3.a history of neurologic or psychiatric disorders; 4.with contraindications to exercise; 5.with severe underlying diseases, such as malignant tumor, unstable cardiovascular disease; 6.a history of drug and alcohol abuse; 7.currently taking anti-depressants or analgesics.
