Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 18 to 60 years old; 2. Currently, there is unilateral (left or right) neck pain or back pain with a numerical rating scale (NRS) score of = 3, and no signs of limb numbness or radiating pain; 3. Patients with language and cognitive abilities to explain the degree of pain; 4. The patient or family member signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for rPMS treatment (pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemaker, cervical and lumbar metal implant, active malignant tumors); 2. Currently using analgesic drugs; 3. History of mental illness; 4. Acute pain caused by other physical reasons; 5. Previously received rPMS treatment; 6. Diagnosed by imaging with cervical and lumbar disc herniation, spinal cord disease, cervical and lumbar fractures, or a history of cervical and lumbar surgery; 7. Leftist patients.
