18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 75 years old who underwent selective bronchoscopy. 2.The subjects agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Puncture site infection. 2.Allergic to experimental drugs. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Patients with mental illness, patients who are unable to cooperate with the operation. 5.Severe hepatorenal failure or heart failure (New York College of Cardiology >= III). 6.Body mass index > 34kg/m^2. 7.FEV1 < 0.8L.
