Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old<= age <= 80 years old, gender is not limited; 2.Patients who intend to undergo bronchoscopic diagnosis and treatment; 3.ASA rating is I to III; 4.18 kg/m 2 <BMI<30 kg/m2 5.Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign an informed consent form by the person himself.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are contraindications to bronchoscopic operation, such as severe superior vena cava obstruction syndrome; 2.Have severe respiratory lesions (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, acute respiratory infection, chronic obstruction 3.Acute onset of lung disease, uncontrolled asthma, active haemoptysis, severe pulmonary hypertension, etc.); 4.Emergency surgery; hypovolemia, shock or coma; 5.Acute heart failure; unstable angina; myocardial infarction within 6 months before screening; third-degree atrioventricular transmission 6.Conduction block; severe arrhythmias; 7.Severe abnormalities in blood coagulation and liver and kidney function; 8.Suffering from mental system diseases; 9.Pregnant and lactating women; 10.The investigator deems it inappropriate to participate in the clinical trial
