18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-75 years old; 2.After admission to ICU, the duration of mechanical ventilation was > 24 hours, and the inhaled oxygen concentration was =90%]; 5.Informed consent signed by patient or family member; 6.Richmond agitation sedation score (RASS) : -3~2 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute coronary syndrome, fatal arrhythmia; 2.Patients with previous severe respiratory diseases, such as pulmonary malignant tumor, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute onset of bronchial asthma, idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis; 3.a history of definite neuromuscular diseases, such as myasthenia gravis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis; 4.After CARDIopulmonary resuscitation, intracranial pressure >=20cmH2O and pneumothorax were not treated; 5.unstable fracture; 6. Active bleeding or bleeding tendency; 7. Previous mental behavior abnormalities or cognitive disabilities.
