Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult recipients of allograft kidney transplantation who are found to have positive urinary protein in the urine routine 3 months after transplantation and have had their double J-tube removed, and have not experienced rejection within 3 months after transplantation; 2.Classification of proteinuria into mild, moderate and severe according to severity, with the following criteria: mild proteinuria, 0.3g=3.5g; 3.Regular use of immunosuppressive drugs and good patient compliance with treatment; 4.Stable urine output, no blood purification therapy, creatinine below 250umol/L; 5.Surgical complications such as hydronephrosis of the transplanted kidney, renal artery anastomotic stenosis and renal calculi are excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have not undergone regular check-ups and follow-ups and are unable to use therapeutic drugs regularly; 2.Patients with severe liver impairment, combined with other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications and malignant tumours; 3.Hypertension that is difficult to control (systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg); 4.presence of significant bleeding tendency; 5.Renal failure after renal transplantation.
