Age

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients, male or female, aged 20-70 years, with body mass index (BMI) of 17.9-24.9, ASA II ~ III and cardiac function classification of NYHA I ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chest deformity can not be performed in patients with nerve block, left ventricular ejection fraction below 40%, diabetes history and infection.
