Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.TKA patients planned to undergo spinal anesthesia; 2.65 to 90 years old; 3.ASA grade II- III; 4.Voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events within the past six months, including poorly controlled or untreated hypertension, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris and severe arrhythmia, stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA); 2.Cognitive dysfunction or mental illness existed before surgery; 3.preoperative anemia, severe liver and kidney diseases; 4.Preoperative pulmonary dysfunction; 5.Infection or immune system disease before surgery; 6.Intraoperative hypoxemia, water and electrolyte disorder, acid-base imbalance; 7.Temporary and permanent pacemaker implantation; 8.Participants in other clinical trials within 1 month prior to enrollment.
