Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: During the study period, all emergency department patients at the site were defined as Sepsis-3.0 (Singer M, et.al. The Third International Consensus Definitions for Sepsis and Septic Shock (Sepsis-3). JAMA. 2016 Feb 23; 315(8): 801-10.) As a diagnostic criterion, age >= 18 years, male or female;Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women; serious primary diseases affecting survival (such as unresectable tumors, blood diseases, cerebrovascular diseases leading to prolonged bed rest, Alzheimer's disease, HIV, etc.); immunosuppressants used in the past 6 months; psychotic patients; participants who have participated in other clinical trials within 30 days; investigators judge that they cannot complete or are not suitable for this trial.
