Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 18 years of age at diagnosis; 2.Preoperative puncture pathology showed thyroid tumor; 3.Receive elective thyroid operation; 4.Baseline clinical staging: CT0-4N0-2M0; 5.Patients and their family members can understand and are willing to participate in this clinical study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with puncture pathology inconsistent with postoperative pathology; 2.Patients who have had thyroid surgery or other neck surgery before surgery; 3.Patients with severe preoperative tumor involvement of the nerve or trachea and associated symptoms; 4.Patients who had undergone preoperative ultrasound ablation for thyroid cancer; 5.Patients with distant metastases; 6.Patients who had participated in or were participating in another clinical trial within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 7.Patients with ASA grade greater than grade III; 8.Physical Status: Patients with a card score less than 60 or an ECOG score greater than 2; 9.Patients with liver insufficiency; 10.Patients with a history of severe mental illness; 11.Pregnant or lactating women; 12.The investigator considered the patient to be unsuitable for participation in the study due to other condition.
