Inclusion criteria: pregnant women speaking mandarin, without severe diseases and registered at antenatal visit in the first trimester

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women do not speaking mandarin, with severe diseases and registered at antenatal visit after the first trimester
