Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 - 65 years; 2. Under general anesthesia, patients underwent elective laparoscopic weight loss surgery= 3. BMI > 30kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refused to participate in this study; 2. Have a history of serious arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cardiac insufficiency (NYHAIII/IV) and other heart diseases; 3. Renal insufficiency; 4. Liver dysfunction; 5.Patients participated in other clinical studies.
