Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients requiring CRRT for acute kidney injury (age >= 18 years); 2. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. End-stage renal disease (CKD5), regardless of whether renal replacement therapy has been performed before admission to ICU; 2. Received a kidney transplant; 3. Pregnancy; 4. The patient is in critical condition and expected to die within 72 hours; 5. Refusal to sign informed consent.
