Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: 1. chronic dacryocystitis such as lacrimal discharge and pus; 2. obstruction of nasolacrimal duct by lacrimal duct irrigation; 3. CT angiography of dacryocyst showing ethmoid sinus of anterior group exceeding retrolacrimal crest Inclusion criteria: adult patients with chronic dacryocystitis who met the diagnostic criteria but did not meet the exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. severe nasal septum deviation, severe sinusitis; 2. lacrimal punctum and lacrimal tubule stenosis or obstruction; 3. previous lacrimal duct surgery and sinus surgery.
