38 Years to 59 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AD met the diagnostic criteria of Braunwald Cardiology, and was clearly diagnosed as Stanford type B aortic dissection according to clinical manifestations, cardiac ultrasound and computed tomography (CT) angiography (CTA); 2. The patient had normal thinking and verbal communication ability before surgery; 3. Patients had stable postoperative vital signs and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neuropsychiatric disorders or mental diseases; 2. The patients died in hospital due to the failure of follow-up due to half-way transfer or incomplete postoperative clinical data.
