Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Dry eye group: diagnosis of dry eye, and the diagnostic criteria are in line with the Chinese expert consensus: Examination and Diagnosis (2020) diagnostic criteria; 3. Healthy control group: corneal transparency, normal eyelid structure and shape, normal shape and function of lacrimal spots, no dry eyes and other eye diseases affecting observation indicators; 4. Able to complete 2 follow-up visits according to the study plan and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dry eye treated with hormone or immunosuppressant drugs within 1 month before enrollment; 2. Patients who used artificial tears 2 hours before examination; 3. History of corneal contact lens wearing within 1 month before enrollment; 4. Patients who plan to use or use any dry eye treatment drugs (artificial tears, tear secreting drugs, repair promoting drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs or immunosuppressants, etc.) or physical therapy (such as hot compress, fumigation, meibomian gland massage, meibomian probe, intense pulse light, Lipiflow, etc.) during the study; 5. Active inflammatory eye diseases, such as allergic conjunctivitis, severe blepharitis, infectious keratitis, corneal ulcer, etc.; 6. Received ocular surgery, including corneal refractive surgery, pterygium surgery, cataract surgery and vitreoretinal surgery, within 6 months before enrollment; 7. Patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month prior to enrollment; 8. The investigator determined that the patients were not suitable for the study.
