18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preformed the unilateral video-assisted thoracic surgery with left-DLT intubation under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Aged 18-80 years and clear consciousness; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty in intubation at preoperative assessment: body mass index (BMI)> 30 kg/m2, limited neck movement, mouth opening < 3 cm, Mallampati III-IV grades; 2. Failure of multiple attempts to DLT intubate; 3. Severe mental illness and difficulty communicating; 4. History of pulmonary surgery.
