18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years and come to our hospital's emergency department due to chest pain/chest tightness/palpitations; 2. D-dimer detection was performed within 24 hours of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose CTPA examination cannot be clearly diagnosed (CTPA report is "suspected" or "not excluded" pulmonary embolism); 2. Patients who refused to join the group and refused to follow-up; 3. Incomplete medical history (lack of clinical data corresponding to the score) or incomplete imaging data.
