60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective colorectal surgery in our hospital; 2. Aged 60-90 years, BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 3. The patients did not participate in clinical trials of other drugs in the past 3 months before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combination of other vital organ dysfunctions: including severe liver and kidney dysfunction; organic brain diseases, specifically aneurysmal vascular disease or arteriovenous malformation and cerebral hemorrhage; severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency (NYHA >= III), pulmonary hypertension; blood system diseases; abnormal coagulation function; severe respiratory system diseases; (2) Patients with alcohol or drug dependence or a history of drug abuse; (3) Patients with epilepsy, mental illness, taking antipsychotic drugs or familial genetic mental illness; (4) Those with serious infectious diseases; (5) Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by other investigators.
