Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification (ASA) grade I–III; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Scheduled for elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had preoperative sleep disorders [Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7]; 2. Had cognitive dysfunction, psychiatric disease, or motor dysfunction; 3. Had long time use of sedatives, antidepressants, drugs or alcohol dependence; 4. Unable to complete the questionnaire independently or unable to cooperate; 5. Patients undergoing revision total knee arthroplasty.
