35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 35 to 70, with both parents of Han or Zhuang nationality, were enrolled for elective lumbar spine surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have difficulty communicating and who can not make correct visual analogue scale (VAS) scores; 2. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Patients who had used CYP3A inducers or inhibitors (isoniazid, macrolide, metoclopramide, phenytoin, etc.) within 2 weeks of the trial; 4. Patients with acute infections and other complications (e.g. bacteremia); 5. Patients who have had or are suffering from other conditions that can cause liver and kidney dysfunction, such as hepatitis B, cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis, and nephrotic syndrome; 6. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease who had undergone cardiac stenting and long term use of anticoagulants such as clopidogrel; 7. Patients with hyperlipidemia or who have recently taken statins; 8. Patients with a history of alcohol and alcohol addiction, diabetes, chronic pain, long-term use of analgesics or preparations (such as morphine, Fentanyl Patch) or opioid abuse, addiction, or daily consumption of coffee.
