18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer patients of any clinical stage confirmed by histology or highly suspected by imaging; 2. Age >= 18 years, gender is not limited; 3. Consent to participate in the study, read written informed consent and sign informed consent prior to any study related procedures; 4. Biopsy and/or surgical samples of metastases and/or original tumors may be obtained; 5. All types of resections are eligible, such as wedge resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy; 6. Able and willing to complete questionnaires regarding their environmental/occupational exposure and smoking/drinking history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is insufficient lung tissue for histological analysis or the remaining lung tissue is insufficient for routine pathological analysis; 2. The general condition is poor and cannot tolerate surgery without improvement after medical treatment; 3. Other foreseeable pathological conditions that lead to surgical risk and postoperative dysfunction; 4. Received induction therapy (such as induction chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy) before; 5. According to the judgment of the attending physician, the patient will not be able to meet the requirements of the study.
