Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. 1 year <= working years <= 15 years; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgeons who are usually busy at work and are not expected to have sufficient time to complete this study are not expected; 2. Vulnerable groups other than the researcher's subordinates and employees of the research unit, including mentally ill, cognitively impaired, critically ill, minors, pregnant women, etc.
