18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with initial rectal cancer aged 18-80 years and preresection to preserve the anus is feasible; 2. Able to tolerate laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 3. No chemoradiotherapy; 4. The distance from the tumor to the anus is suitable for stapling through the anus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious and poorly controlled complications, such as diabetes, rheumatism, etc.; 2. Patients requiring prophylactic stomy; 3. Patients with mental illness and those without self-awareness and unable to express themselves accurately.
