18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. For Graves' diagnostic criteria, refer to ATA Graves' disease guidelines (2016), and for dry eye, refer to the consensus of Chinese dry eye experts (2020).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any ocular topical medication use in the last three months; 2. Patients with a history of ocular laser therapy and ocular surgery; 3. Those with a history of ocular trauma; 4. Those with a previous history wearing corneal contact lenses; 5. Those with ocular diseases such as ocular inflammation, pterygium, glaucoma, and corneal dystrophy; 6. Systemic diseases other than Graves' disease and its complications (e.g., diabetes, systemic immune diseases, etc.); 7. Had used antibiotics within the past 3 months and continued for 3 days or more; 8. Patients with moderate or severe renal impairment (serum creatinine > 2 mg/dL or 177 mmol/L), or abnormal liver function (ALT > 2 times the upper limit of normal; Moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Patients with severe hypertension, cerebrovascular accident; 9. Suffering from severe organic diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction as well as stroke, etc; 10. With infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS; 11. Patients who develop severe complications of Graves' disease such as hyperthyroid crisis, etc; 12. Binge drinking (5 or more drinks in 1 week, 2 or half kg of yellow rice wine or more than 5 bottles of beer on average); 13. Gestational as well as lactating women; 14. Limb disability, or other causes of life that are not self-care, cannot be clearly recalled, answered questions, or have significant movement disorders; 15. Adequate time for participation in this project cannot be guaranteed.
