Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It is in line with the diagnostic criteria of aplastic disorder proposed in the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria of Hematologic Diseases 2. All patients with AA referred to hospital for consideration of first HSCT. 3. Aged >= 18 years. 4. Willing and able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of communication, cognitive impairment, mental disorders and inability to cooperate in completing credible investigations; 2. With severe heart, lung, liver, skeletal muscle and kidney function changes; 3. Patients with previous mental disorders; 4. Combined with other serious diseases that affect exercise rehabilitation, such as DVT, pathological fracture, spinal cord compression, etc.; 5. Presence of vision problems that interfere with the smooth performance of exercise.
