18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for COVID-19 2. Aged 18-80 years, without gender limitation; 3. Discharged/ out of the hospital/ shelter hospital for more than 7 days; 4. Understand the survey content and agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive dysfunction; 2. Those hospitalized for other diseases in the last two weeks.
