Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Section one and section two (sample size: 200): 1. Patients with PLA2R-associated MN diagnosed by renal biopsy in Changhai hospital from 2012.01.01 to 2020.12.31; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Follow-up time >= 12 months; 4. Patients with complete medical records; 5. Patients with normal cognition and mental state. Section three (sample size: 100): 1. Patients who are initially diagnosed PLA2R-associated MN; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Patients who do not use any drugs affecting immune function within 3 months before MN diagnosis, such as glucocorticoid, immunosuppressants or biological agents; 4. Patients with normal important organs, no serious diseases threating life and normal cognition and mental state.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Section one and section two: Patients with other kidney diseases. Section three: 1. Patients with other kidney diseases; 2. Patients who are participating in other drugs clinical trials; 3. Patients who are pregnant, lactational or positive pregnancy test; 4. Patients with abnormal important organs, serious diseases threating life, such as cancer or AIDS.
