Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Clinical or pathological diagnosis of early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (maximum tumor diameter <= 2 cm and cN0M0); 3. Scheduled to undergo intentional thoracoscopic segmentectomy or lobectomy; 4. Ability to understand the study and the content of the questionnaires; 5. Willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of chest surgery; 2. Previous history of preoperative neoadjuvant therapy; 3. Previous history of other malignancies; 4. Daily analgesics use; 5. Scheduled to undergo subxiphoid thoracoscopic approach; 6. Scheduled to undergo bilobectomy or lobectomy combined sublobar resectioin (segmentectomy, subsegmentectomy, wedge resection); 7. Scheduled to undergo bilateral simultaneous surgery; 8. Participation in other interventional studies.
