Helicobacter pylori infection

Interventions

Individualized 10-day treatment group:Eprazole 5.0mg bid + gastric bismuth magnesium granules 3.0g tid + 2 of the most sensitive antibiotics

Individualized 14-day treatment group:Eprazole 5.0mg bid + gastric bismuth magnesium granules 3.0g tid + 2 of the most sensitive antibiotics

High dose combination:Eprazole 5.0mg bid + amoxicillin 1.0g tid for 14 days

Bismuth agent quadruple group:Eprazole 5.0mg bid + gastric bismuth magnesium granules 3.0g tid + amoxicillin 1.0g bid + clarithromycin 0.5g bid for 14 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tested positive for Helicobacter pylori by 14-UBT; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Patients who did not take proton pump inhibitors (PPI), bismuth, antibiotics and non-steroidal drugs in the last 4 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Identify patients diagnosed as digestive tract tumors; 2. Patients undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3. Patients allergic to the drugs in this study; 4. Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
