Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in the Sports Medicine Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University; 2. Patients diagnosed with rotator cuff tear and failed to receive conservative treatment for more than 3 months; 3. Do not have any bleeding disease or coagulation disease, not pregnant or not taking birth control pills; 4. All enrolled patients signed informed consent, which was discussed and approved by the hospital ethics Committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension is not under control (systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg); Uncontrolled intraoperative hypertension (>180/110 mmHg); 2. Irreparable rotator cuff tear (tear length > 5 cm or tear range > 2 tendons); 3. Patients with acute traumatic rotator cuff tear; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function who received anticoagulant therapy before surgery and abnormal coagulation function before surgery (prothrombin time or activated partial thrombin time); 5. Patients with kidney or liver disease or allergy to local anesthetics or TXA; 6. Revision cases.
