Group P:Intravenous injection of normal saline 5 minutes before induction of anesthesia
Group RK1:Intravenous injection of esketamine 0.2 mg/kg 5min before induction of anesthesia
Group RK2:Intravenous injection of esketamine 0.4 mg/kg 5min before induction of anesthesia
Group RK3:Intravenous injection of esketamine 0.6 mg/kg 5min before induction of anesthesia

20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, no gender limitation; 2. ASA GRADE I to II; 3. BMI 18 to 25 kg/m2; 4. Patients undergoing thyroidectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease; 2. Hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3. History of alcohol abuse, drug abuse, or opioid dependence; 4. History of chronic pain or persistent pain treatment; 5. Drug allergy to the trial; 6. Readmission of patients already enrolled in the study, or participating in other studies, or patients who refused to participate in the study.
