Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Admitted into ICU; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "severe community-acquired pneumonia" or "hospital-acquired pneumonia / ventilator-associated pneumonia"; 4. Clinical judgment requires bronchoscopy and BALF specimens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Samples that cannot be tested due to improper acquisition or storage of samples; 2. Failed samples; 3. Insufficient sample size due to misoperation during the test; 4. The subject withdraws informed consent; 5. Alveolar lavage fluid samples that the researchers believe need to be removed.
