Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Nurses with less than three years of working experience; 3. Nurses with increased levels of perceived stress; 4. Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other stress reduction programs during the study; 2. Receiving psychological treatment during the study; 3. Previous history of mental illness; 4. Refused to join our study.
