50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic pneumonectomy under general anesthesia; 3. Aged >= 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous lung surgery; 2. Patients undergoing lung surgery due to trauma; 3. Severe cardiac, liver, lung and renal insufficiency; 4. Refusal to sign the experimental consent.
