3 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-8 years; 2. Conform to the diagnosis of ASD in DSM-5; 3. An ADOS assessment by a professional is performed and the assessment is ASD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other mental diseases or other neurodevelopmental disorders; 2. Suffering from anemia, craniocerebral malformation, liver and kidney disease, celiac disease, metabolic disease (such as phenylketonuria) and/or systemic immune disease; 3. Antifungal therapy, antibiotic therapy and/or special diet (gluten-free diet, casein-free diet, high-protein diet and ketogenic diet, etc.) within 2 months before enrollment; 4. Probiotic supplements are being used within 2 months before enrollment.
