Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are voluntary to participate in the trial and have signed informed consent; 2. Patients who are older than 18 years; 3. Patients who have no contraindications to colonoscopy; 4. Patients with pathologically confirmed tubular adenoma are included in the case group; patients with pathologically confirmed hyperplastic polyps, tubular villous adenoma, or villous adenoma are included in the control group; 5. Patients who reside in Beijing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of colorectal resection; 2. Patients who have undergone endoscopic resection of colorectal lesions (except polyps); 3. Patients who have contraindications for endoscopy; 4. Patients have severe diseases involoved with heart lung, kidney, brain, blood and other important organs; 5. Patients have severe psychiatric diseases (such as depression, mania, seizures, schizophrenia, etc.); 6. Patients have malignant tumors of other systems except digestive system; 7. The researchers believe that they cannot cooperate with patients who completed the trial.
