experimental group:After subarachnoid injection, the injection of phenylephrine was pumped at a rate of 50 mL/h at a dose of 0.5 µg/kg/min, and the pumping was stopped after delivery
control group:After subarachnoid injection, normal saline was pumped at a rate of 50 mL/h, and the pumping was stopped after delivery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA ?~?; 2. Aged 18-40 years; 3. 36 weeks 3.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI >= 35 kg/m2, height < 150cm; 2. Fetal malformation and intrauterine growth restriction; 3. Maternal complications such as rupture of membranes, placental abruption, placenta previa; 4. Existing or previous pregnancy hypertension, diabetes, obvious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Pregnant women with contraindications for spinal block and in need of emergency general anesthesia; 6. Participants refused to sign informed consent; 7. Baseline perfusion index was not available.
