Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Renal clear cell carcinoma diagnosed by pathology; 2. It is considered as advanced / metastatic clear cell renal carcinoma by PET-CT, CT or MRI: T4N0~1M0/T1~4N0~1M1; 3. Surgical tumor reduction treatment; 4. ECOG score <= 2; 5. Renal cell carcinoma tissues can be obtained for immunohistochemical staining of VHL protein and CAIX protein.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose life expectancy is less than 1 year at the time of diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma; 2. Patients with other tumor diseases; 3. Renal cell carcinoma with other pathological types except renal clear cell carcinoma; 4. Patients with severe liver function impairment (Child Pugh grade C) when diagnosing renal cell carcinoma; 5. Patients with severe renal function impairment requiring long-term dialysis treatment when diagnosing renal cancer; 6. Patients with severe myelosuppression and severe neutropenia at the time of diagnosis of renal cancer.
