Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First definite diagnosis of hip lesion and undergone hip arthroscopy; 2. The imaging diagnosis after surgery had a good prognosis; 3. The subjects agreed to participate in the study voluntarily and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental disorders who need other intervention; 2. Repair surgery; 3. Participants who cannot complete the whole project; 4. Can not cooperate with the completion of the whole treatment and follow-up.
