18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 - 65 years, gender is not limited; 2. Meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorders; 3. ISI score > 14 points; 4. Informed consent and voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known and untreated moderate to severe sleep apnea syndrome; 2. Known moderate to severe periodic limb movements during sleep; 3. Professional drivers, high-altitude workers or shift workers; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Known serious primary heart, liver, kidney and blood system diseases or serious diseases affecting their survival; 6. Taking sleeping pills or antipsychotics regularly; 7. Known serious mental or neurological diseases (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy, etc.); 8. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs and medical devices in recent 3 months; 9. Other criteras that investigator do not consider to be eligible for inclusion.
